Locate the returns form included within your original shipment and clearly indicate whether you require a size exchange or a refund for your items.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the footwear is placed back in its original shoe box with all protective tissue and accessories, then secure the box inside a protective outer mailing carton.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided pre-paid DPD or DHL return label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.
