How long does shipping take within the UK?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Next-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT, Monday through Thursday.

Can I have my Crockett & Jones shoes repaired by you?

Yes, we offer a full refurbishment service at our Northampton factory. This includes a complete strip-back, new soles, heels, and a thorough hand-polish to restore them to their original glory.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We accept returns within 28 days of receipt, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. Please ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.

How do I find the correct size and fit?

Our shoes are made on various lasts, each offering a unique fit. We provide a detailed sizing guide on each product page, but we recommend visiting one of our retail stores for a professional fitting if you are unsure.
